MDF Construction

Our standard panel strength is our first consideration, not an option. Unlike many other slatwall distributors whose

"standard" panel uses a medium density fiberboard panel of 110 lb. inner bond strength or less. Our panel is a

149 lb. inner bond strength MDF and our many years of experience tells us that it is the appropriate panel for most applications.

Standard In-Stock Slatwall Panel is as follows:

•  4' x 8' MDF
•  Full-angle "T" grooves
•  Grooves spaced 3" on center along the 8' dimension
•  Square edges on all four sides

Other boards available At the customer's request, we can provide slatwall panels out of other substrates.

• 4' x 8'
• 4' x 10'
• 4' x 12'
• 5' x 8'
• 5' x 10'

Finish and Color Options

•  Paint grade (Ready to prime and paint)
•  Almond, Dove Gray, Hard Rock Maple, White, Black, Light Gray, Bannister Oak, Birch, Light Oak and Mahogany LPL (low pressure laminate)
•  Red Oak, Birch, White Maple, Knotty Pine, Mahogany Veneer. Veneer panels are provided raw, ready for customer finishing.
•  Almond, Black Gray and White High Pressure Laminate (HPL). We also offer HPL from all the major manufacturers including:
  • Formica®
  • Nevamar®
  • Pionite®
  • Wilson art®
  • Arborite®
